Nature's Creations Skin Care Products delivers anywhere in Australia and freight is charged on a per item basis. Orders containing a number of products will be dispatched together as one package where possible thereby reducing your freight costs. This will result in delivery which in most cases will be cheaper than shipping the products individually. Your freight will be recalculated and you'll be notified of the correct freight charges. We will always endeavour to send large bulky or heavy items by the most inexpensive way our chosen courier can deliver them.
We also endeavour to have all products dispatched within twelve (12) hours from the receipt of payment of your order, dependant on product availability. If paying by cheque or money order, products will not be dispatched until funds have been cleared. Weekends and Public Holidays may delay delivery.
International orders are welcome.
You understand and agree that you shall not be entitled to withdraw or modify any commitment made for the purchase of products from this website once that commitment has been made for any reason, including without limitation, due to any delay in delivery. If however, delivery has not been effected after thirty (30) days from date of purchase the customer may treat the failure to deliver as a terminating contractual event. If Nature's Creations Skin Care Products does not have the particular products in stock, Nature's Creations Skin Care Products will contact you, the buyer, and inform of the general date of availability. The Nature's Creations Skin Care Products Returns policy allows a customer to return the goods within thirty (30) days if they are not completely satisfied.
We believe that we have aligned ourselves with excellent delivery partners, but there may be times when, despite their best efforts, parcels are delayed in the delivery process. We will always endeavour to work with our delivery partners to ensure prompt arrival of your products.
